Training and Development Department of the National Industries Company is concerned with developing the skills and capabilities of human resources as the real capital, as training means change for the better in terms of the individual’s information, capabilities, ideas, behaviors and trends, with the aim of preparing him well to achieve current work requirements and develop his technical and mental skills to meet future challenges and needs. And the importance of training to raise the level of productivity and efficiency in the company Training works to develop teamwork and improve job performance. The National Industries Company is also interested in training graduates and students of universities and institutes, and apprenticeships (vocational training), as more than 100 students are trained during the year.
